India Exposition Mart Strengths
Diversified & integrated business model
The company has nearly two decades of MICE industry experience and offers integrated services across event management, venues, intellectual property, hospitality, export supply chain and maintenance. Its diversified capabilities and own IP events across multiple sectors and locations help expand revenue opportunities and reduce dependence on any single event or venue
Diversified revenue streams
The company generates revenue through six business verticals, including third-party and managed events, own IP events, hospitality, export supply chain and maintenance services. It organised 44, 51 and 61 events in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively, while its end-to-end offerings help drive repeat business and long-term customer relationships
Proprietary & scalable technology
The company has introduced a web-based platform that digitises exhibitor and visitor registration, stall booking, payments and event management, while providing real-time data for pricing, marketing and capacity planning. It plans to expand the platform across its Own IP and Managed Events, improving customer experience, reducing manual processes and strengthening operational efficiency
Integrated infrastructure
The company operates the major integrated “India Expo Centre and Mart” in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offering strong connectivity to rail, metro, airports and hospitality facilities. The leasehold property spans approximately 230,437 square metres and includes indoor, outdoor and other exhibition areas, with 17 multi-purpose halls
India Exposition Mart Risks
Seasonal business
The company’s revenue is seasonal and depends heavily on its event calendar, with biennial or triennial events causing fluctuations in event and hospitality income. Lower event activity can compress margins and cash flows due to largely fixed costs, although Own-IP events and other business verticals help reduce this seasonality
Competition
The company faces competition from exhibition venues, event organisers, hotels and government-supported facilities, which could pressure pricing, event volumes and market share. New competing capacity may also increase the need for infrastructure investments, while the company competes through venue scale, location, connectivity, services, hospitality and industry relationships
Brand reputation risks
The company faces risks from accidents, injuries, fires, crowd incidents, property damage and security events during large exhibitions and conventions. Despite security and safety measures, any serious incident could result in legal claims, regulatory action, reputational damage and difficulty attracting future events
Operational risks
The company faces risks from fraud, theft, embezzlement or negligence by employees, contractors, organisers or dealers, which could result in financial and data losses. Despite security controls, audits and surveillance, such incidents could lead to regulatory action, litigation, reputational damage and adverse financial impact
