Paramotor Digital Technology Risks
Depend on vendor services
The company relies on its technology platforms, APIs, and third-party service providers for uninterrupted operations, and any system failure, cyberattack, data breach, or integration issue could disrupt transactions, reduce customer satisfaction, and adversely affect revenue and financial performance. Although it has cyber and data protection insurance, the coverage is limited and excludes certain losses arising from third-party infrastructure or service providers
Data security & privacy risks
The company collects users’ personal information and must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, along with the related rules. Any data breach, cyberattack, or non-compliance could damage its reputation, disrupt operations, increase legal and compliance costs, and adversely affect its business and financial performance
Growth strategy execution risks
The company’s growth depends on expanding its user base, improving technology, developing new offerings, increasing business partnerships, and strengthening the Paramotor brand. Failure to execute these strategies due to regulatory changes, competition, cost pressures, operational challenges, or insufficient funding could adversely affect its business and financial performance
